McVitie’s launches latest True Originals masterbrand campaign

Pladis aims to revive the cherished Irish tradition of the Tea and Biscuit break, recognising its long standing role in daily routines for over a century.
Pladis has launched The Great Biscuit Break Bonanza competition, offering customers the opportunity to win up to £1 million (€1.1 million) in prizes for much-needed relaxation, ranging from home cleaning services to beach getaways.
April will see the return of McVitie’s to screens with a new TV advert following the success of last year’s White Chocolate Digestives launch. Pladis, with more than 180 years of baking experience, asserts McVitie’s as the category’s true original, exemplified by the upcoming campaign There is Only One, featuring Sir Trevor McDonald.
