Cushelle – Giving shoppers the chance get their own cuddly koala!

A new Cushelle Koala Giveaway campaign gives shoppers the chance to receive their own cuddly Cushelle Koala when they purchase Cushelle 16 roll packs in selected SuperValu and Centra stores. The brand that’s bought by one in 10 Irish consumers* is a favourite among Irish families. Cushelle has and will continue to have strong marketing investment in 2014, driving growth through a TV campaign, new packaging and strong social media activity. This promotion will run in store from 25 September to 15 October 2014.

Guinness releases two new beers from ‘The Brewers Project’

Guinness has announced the release of two brand new beers – Guinness Dublin Porter and Guinness West Indies Porter. Inspired by authentic recipes, whose origins lie in the historic Guinness’ brewers’ diaries from the late 1700s and early 1800s, the new beers will be available in selected pubs and retailers from 1 October around Ireland. They are the first releases from a new brewing project at the St. James’s Gate brewery in Dublin, ‘The Brewers Project’.

Love Irish Food and Exterion media launch brand development award
Love Irish Food has partnered with Exterion Media, the market leader in outdoor advertising in Ireland, to offer an Irish food or drink manufacturer a helping hand in promoting their brand. The Love Irish Food Brand Development Award will see one Love Irish Food member brand receive €70,000 in advertising space. To enter member brands must register at www.loveirishfood.ie by Friday 19 September 2014 and the closing date for completed submissions is Friday 10 October 2014.
