New Brady Family Connemara Air Dried Ham is a hand made product by master butcher, James McGeough. Winner of an internationally renowned 2008 Great Taste Gold Award, the ham is slow cured for five weeks using local herbs and hung for nine months. It is smoked over beach chips for one day to give the distinctive, yet delicate flavour. Celebrity chef Clodagh McKenna endorses the product, available in cases of 10 (10 X 60g), on pack.
