miss-ireland-3Miss North Cork Amy Barry is headed to Dublin this week to take part in the 2016 Miss Ireland competition, which takes place on Friday 23 September. As part of the campaign, Barry nominated the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation as her charity. She was introduced to Jack & Jill as it is also the chosen charity of Barry’s family business the Barry Group, where she administered the project during the company’s 60th anniversary last year.

To date, more than 16,000 has been raised, providing over 1,000 hours of home care for sick children.
