Although available since the late nineties, retailers in Ireland have mostly ignored digital signage as an unnecessary addition to the marketing mix until now.

Mood Media supplies 650 international brands such as Carrefour, The Co-Operative Group, Hugo Boss, H&M, Nike and Mango with in-store digital marketing solutions, across more than 125,000 commercial retail sites.

According to John Sheehan, MD of Mood Media’s operation in Ireland: “We are at a stage now where the installation and support of the technology needed for digital in-store communications is relatively simple and affordable. However, the ability to communicate is not as important as what is communicated. Content is key.”
