Coca-Cola pays record rent for Ballsbridge penthouse office
Coca-Cola has revealed its new home in Dublin is to be the seventh floor of the high-profile Number One Ballsbridge development, in which it is set to pay possibly the highest rent for any office space in the city.

A new benchmark has been set for Dublin’s already-soaring rental rates, with Coca-Cola letting the penthouse office at Number One Ballsbridge. According to The Irish Times, prime office space rents are around the €65 per sq ft mark, while Coca-Cola’s new seventh-floor location works out at a rent of €101 per sq ft.
The office space extends to 1,985sq ft, with a view overlooking the iconic American Embassy building.
Located on the land formerly occupied by the UCD Veterinary College, Number One Ballsbridge offers a total of 12,579sq m (135,400sq ft) of Grade A office space across three blocks. The scheme also incorporates 89 high-end apartments and luxury retail.
