Leading forecourt retailer Circle K has announced some significant changes to its leadership team, effective immediately. The company’s new senior director of fuel is  Jonathan Diver, who has been with the organisation since 2002, in site manager and area manager roles. In 2006, Diver was made dealer manager, and also spent time as network development manager. He was integral in the company’s transition from Topaz to Circle K, and most recently held the role of senior director of  retail operations for dealer and franchise.

Derek Nolan

This newly-vacated position will be taken up by Derek Nolan, who has been with the compnay since 2017 and also played a key role in last year’s rebrand.

Finally, Paul Dixon will take up the role of senior director of retail operations. Dixon will move on from his current role as head of retail execution and support.

Paul Dixon

These three changes follow the recent promotion of company veteran Gordon Lawlor from fuels director to managing director of Circle K Ireland.

“I’d like to congratulate Jonathan Diver, Derek Nolan, and Paul Dixon on their new positions within the company,” Lawlor said of the new appointments. “All three have been central to the success of our business in recent years, and are a vital part of the future direction of the company.

“At Circle K,” Lawlor continued, “we are extremely lucky to have exceptional colleagues working at both our support office and across our network of sites. Our colleagues are integral to our success and will enable us to build on our position as a market leader in the forecourt and convenience space and deliver the very best customer service and experience every day.”
