SynerChi is Ireland’s original Kombucha brewery, founded by Laura Murphy, who is the team’s “brewmaster”. Situated in a custom state-of-the-art facility in Gweedore, Co. Donegal, with Mt. Errigal and the wild Atlantic on the door step, it’s a fitting location to create natural, healthy and refreshing products using natural kombucha cultures. The business supports 20 local jobs in the local Donegal community, creating, producing and packaging all products on site.
