Excitement is mounting for the World of Coffee and the World Barista Championships – both coming to Dublin’s RDS for the first time ever from 23-25 June. BWT water+more, the international water optimisation specialist, is honoured to be involved as the official Event Host Sponsor, with an opportunity for visitors to meet the BWT water+more team at Stand F20.

The event will bring with it thousands of coffee lovers from all over the world to soak up the atmosphere, to witness extraordinary barista talent, learn, engage and simply have a great time at the many parties on offer.

Master barista Cem Korkmaz

Come to BWT water+more at stand F20 and enjoy the fantastic coffee creations that master barista Cem Korkmaz will be creating. The multi-award-winning coffee pro – Austrian barista champion SCAE 2011 – will be basing his liquid delights on the multi-dimensionally optimised water from BWT water+more.

BWT water+more prize

Calling all young urban coffee professionals – BWT water+more is organising a prize draw with a superchic city bike as the main prize. The World Birdy comfort folding bike from Riese & Müller is trendy and functional. It comes with super technology that allows it to be folded up and out again in zero point zero time.

To be in with a chance to win, visit the stand at F20 and enter on-site – you can also enter online at www.bwt-wam.coffee.com from Monday 20 June.

BWT water+more rocks the cups in cupping experiment

A unique cupping experiment will take place at stand F20. You’ll be able to feel the influence of different water qualities on the taste of coffee in every sense as you experience first-hand what water does to your favourite drink. The experiment will use both optimised and non-optimised water from London (hard), Essex (very hard) and Newcastle (very soft). The experiment aims to demonstrate the importance of water as a variable in coffee cupping.
