Stellar line-up for Spotlight Stage at Food & Hospitality Ireland 2015
Spotlight Stage will offer something for everyone, with feature presentations from industry experts, chef demos and panel discussions

The final line-up for the Spotlight stage at this year’s Food & Hospitality Ireland exhibition has just been announced and is not be missed. With thousands of visitors expected from the food, hospitality and retail sectors, the Spotlight Stage will be a hive of activity over the two days, catering for the vast array of visitors.
Taking place from next Wednesday, 16 September at the Citywest Events Centre, the Spotlight Stage will feature presentations from industry experts, chef demos and panel discussions, with something for everyone. Speakers include Martin O’Shea from Musgraves, who will be speaking on ‘How to have your product sold through Ireland’s biggest stores’ and cooking up a culinary feast is Conor Dempsey from Dublin’s latest fine dining restaurant Amuse, and Chef Sean Owens from the Butchery Excellence Scheme.
The Spotlight Stage will also host a discussion hosted by Adrian Cummins, CEO of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, along with Ireland with Carmel Corrigan & Olivia Duff from Boyne Valley Food Series who will together lead a discussion on ‘How to build your own tourism strategy’.
Day 2 of FHI incorporating Speciality & Fine Food Fair Ireland will see the announcement of this year’s Product of the Show winners, which celebrate the most innovative products and services available at this year’s expo.
