CSNA Members may recall the commitment made by Re-turn following the Retailer Handling Fee Review earlier this year.

Retail sites that processed between 250,000 and 500,000 containers during their annual assessment period, had not previously qualified for a grant, and achieved overall RVM availability of at least 85%, may qualify for a Targeted Support Payment.

A payment of €2,000 applies for each annual assessment period in which the site met all qualifying criteria, according to the CSNA.

Communications have recently issued to eligible retailers.

It has asked Re-turn to provide a Retailer Guide to accessing and understanding the Availability Reports available through the Portal.

This information can help retailers identify and address availability issues and raise any queries about their data before their next assessment.
