SARAH JESSICA PARKER’S NEW WINE RANGE

New York actress Sarah Jessica Parker, who is also known for her perfume and shoe brands, is preparing to launch her own wine range.  The wine will be created in collaboration with New Zealand winery Invivo. The new wine will be launched on the Irish market this summer, and will feature a Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé wine.

PERONI LIBERA 0.0%: THE WORLD’S MOST STYLISH ALCOHOL-FREE BEER

Italian beer brand, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, will launch its first alcohol-free beer, Peroni Libera 0.0%, this year. The first super-premium alcohol-free beer in the Irish market, Peroni Libera 0.0% is available exclusively in Tesco stores nationwide now. It will then roll out widely from April 2019 in 330ml bottle for bars and restaurants, as well as 330ml 4-Pack for Off Licences.

CONOR McGREGOR’S PROPER No. TWELVE IRISH WHISKEY LAUNCHES IN THE UK

After a record-breaking launch in Ireland and the USA, Eire Born Spirits has launched Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey in the United Kingdom.  The brand is co-owned by former Mixed Martial Arts champion and once one of the world’s most popular athletes, Conor McGregor. This expansion comes on the heels of Proper No. Twelve’s record-breaking launch in Ireland and America.

Aramark Names Irish ‘Chef of the Year’

Oran Colhoun has been named Aramark’s Chef of the Year Ireland, seeing off tough competition to claim the prestigious title at Catex 2019, Ireland’s largest foodservice and hospitality show, held in the RDS, Dublin. Having beaten seven other finalists during the intense live cook-off, Oran has secured his place in the company’s European finals in April, where Chef Jamie Oliver will be on hand throughout the competition offer advice and guidance to finalists. The theme for this year’s national competition was “From Farm to Fork”. Finalists were required to prepare, cook and present two portions of a main course dish using plant based ingredients as the key ingredient.

Krispy Kreme goes green for St. Patrick’s Day

From 15 March, Krispy Kreme’s famous glazed donuts will be rebranded O’Riginal Glazed, in honour of St. Patrick’s Day on Wednesday 17th. The natural green colouring will be avialable at the famous Blanchardstown store, which opened to a flurry of publicity last year.
