Irish Farmers Journal launches Irish Country Magazine

A new magazine has hit the country's newstands, targeted at the core market of 97,000 female readers of a popular supplement in the Irish Farmers Journal

Irish Country Magazine is a new 100 page lifestyle glossy magazine from the Irish Farmers Journal. It is targeted primarily at the core market of 97,000 female readers of the Irish Country Living supplement, which comes free with the Irish Farmers Journal each week. The magazine went on shelves on 29 March with a print run of 30,000 and is being distributed to 3,300 retailers nationwide including the multiples. 
 
Irish Country Magazine will appeal to regular women and isn’t celebrity driven. Issues covered include lifestyle and wellbeing, nutrition and diet, poultry and vegetable growing, fashion and beauty and contributions from chefs Neven Maguire, Catherine Fulvio and Maureen Gaffney.
