Heneghan PR promotes senior account manager
Leading communications and PR firm Heneghan has announed the promotion of Fiona McNicholas to senior account manager.

PR consultant Fiona McNicholas has been promoted to senior account manager at Heneghan PR, the company has announced. Heneghan is a communications firm which integrates public relations, public affairs and digital strategy.
McNicholas joined Heneghan PR in October 2013, where she provides strategic counsel and tactical support to clients in corporate, consumer, healthcare and technology sectors. She specialises in corporate PR and event management, and works across a range of clients including St. James’s Hospital, Rentokil, The Rotunda Hospital, Wisetek and Saint John of God Hospital.
Prior to joining Heneghan PR, McNicholas worked as PR manager for international internet company Franchise Direct. Before that, she worked as a freelance journalist, writing for a range of titles including The Irish Times, The Sunday Independent, The Daily Mail, The Dubliner Magazine and Hot Press.
Fiona studied Journalism in DCU, and holds the Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. In 2016 she was shortlisted for the PRII Young Communications Person of the Year and has devised a number of award-winning campaigns. She has also won a number of awards and commendations for writing, and is an alumni of the Curtis Brown selective entry writing course.
