A series of properties on Dublin’s Grafton Street has been placed on the market by Savills with a guide price of 40m. The “Grafton Collection”, comprised of nos 21-23 on the major shopping street is being offered for sale in two lots, or as one, and has the potential for retail income of just under 2m per year.

“Savills expects strong interest,” said Savills’ director of investment Domhnaill O’Sullivan, “particularly from institutional investors who continue to pursue prime high street retail assets.

“The Grafton Collection offers high-profile assets on Ireland’s premier retail street. With an evolving retail sector and an increase in occupier demand, Grafton Street is witnessing strong rental growth, making it a number one choice for investors.”

Meanwhile, Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate has announced the sale of four prime Dublin city centre properties on Henry Street, Westmoreland Street, College Green and Fleet Street. The collected properties have been given a guide price of 14.5m.
