Irish gelato chain Gino’s Gelato has opened the doors of its 28th store.

The new store, which is its second in Dundrum Town Centre, is located beside Tesco on the third floor.

Gino’s has something for everyone, with an extensive range of delicious traditional Italian gelato made using 100% organic Irish milk, and several dairy free, vegan friendly sorbets, made using Irish filtered water ‘Fior Uisce’.

Favourites include the multi-award-winning Pistachio flavour, Kinder Bueno and Gino’s Chocolate Oreo Crêpe. It has two new flavours for the festive season: Golden Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel.

Gino’s Gelato is 100% Irish owned, founded by second generation ice-cream men, Jonathan Kirwan and Anthony Murphy. The number one priority has always been to use the very best and freshest ingredients to create the most authentic gelato. With this new store, the objective is to bring the total workforce to over 400 employees by the end of 2021.

Anthony Murphy, managing director and co-owner of Gino’s said: “We are delighted to be opening a second store in such an iconic retail space. We have received such great support from the communities in which we operate and we are looking forward to seeing what are the preferred flavours of our Dundrum customers and in the run up to Christmas.”

Gino’s Gelato has locations across Dublin, Cork, Galway, Wicklow, Waterford, Mayo, Kildare, and Limerick and is available to order online from Just-Eat and Deliveroo.
