An award-winning retail consultant, mentor and educator with over 25 years’ experience, Melissa Moore has worked with national and international retail brands.

As founder of The Retail Advisor, Moore empowers retailers to reach their potential through sales growth and excellence in customer experience. She works on the Apprenticeship in Retail Supervision and has co-created and co-delivered a final year undergraduate course and micro-cred called “Founder Selling” for the J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics at the University of Galway.
