Centra and its 558 retail partners have been confirmed as an official sponsor of the GAA Hurling All-Ireland Championship. Ireland’s leading convenience brand replaces RTÉ Sport as one of the GAA’s multi-sponsor hurling partners in a new three-year deal, which comes into immediate effect.

Uachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael, Críostóir Ó Cuana noted: “Centra brings a wealth of experience to this partnership and as the most extensive retail network in Ireland, will further assist our efforts to promote and market not only the Championship but the game itself.” Donal Horgan, managing director, Centra, added: “Centra is immensely proud of its position at the heart of almost every parish in Ireland, so today it is with great pride that we announce the brand’s sponsorship of the GAA Hurling Championship.”
