Those who thought that the lifting of Sam McGuire was the signal to finally put away the county colours for another year would be very much mistaken. With the launch of the National Rehab/Powers Whiskey Pub Quiz in association with the Vintners Federation of Ireland (VFI), there is still one more chance for your county to be crowned All-Ireland champions.
Over 325 Pub Quiz nights will be taking place across the country between Monday, 6 October and Sunday 19 October. A full list of participating pubs is available on the Rehab website at www.rehab.ie.

Zoë Traynor, senior brand manager, Powers Whiskey, Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard commented: “Powers Whiskey is proud to support such a great initiative. We encourage people to get involved, have a great night and help raise lots of money.”
The winning team from each pub will progress to a county final on Friday, 7 November, followed by the national final on Friday, 21 November at the Shamrock Lodge, Athlone, where Legendary GAA commentator, Micheál O’Muircheartaigh, will be special guest quizmaster.
