Kerry retailer celebrates winning Lotto sale
A Londis retailer from Milltown, Co. Kerry was celebrating this week after it was revealed his store recently sold a daily million winning ticket.

Seamus Kelly, who owns Kelly’s Londis in Milltown, doesn’t know which of his customers won the €1 million jackpot in the midweek draw, but hopes it was one of his regular loyal customers!
“We are absolutely delighted for the winner,” said Kelly. “We would like to wish them the best of luck and we hope that they enjoy their good fortune. It has created a great buzz for the locality.”
Milltown is one of Kerry’s fastest growing towns, and boasts a population of more than 2,000, meaning there is plenty of speculation as to who might have won the daily jackpot.
“Everyone is checking their tickets and wondering who it is but no one knows yet,” said Seamus. “More power to whoever won, hopefully their slice of good fortune will make a positive difference for them.”
Kelly’s Londis has had a strong presence in Milltown for the last two decades and recently underwent a major refurbishment in line with the growing population.
