As brands and businesses seek ways to reduce waste and finally do something about our addiction to plastic, Killowen Farm has taken a novel step by selling its range of yoghurts in glass jars.

Killowen Farm has announced that its selection of yoghurt flavours are now available in 100% recyclable glass jars. Raspberry, Lemon Curd and Wexford Rhubarb can now be shared and enjoyed in 500g glass jars (€2.99) which are available to purchase in SuperValu stores and selected artisan stores nationwide.

The aim of the new jars is to increase sustainability and help the environment, two objectives the brand says are of utmost importance. All of the glass jars, large and small, can be recycled in your glass bin and the metal lids and paper label can be placed in household recycling bin, ensuring the new product is environmentally friendly.

The exclusive Killowen Farm Large Glass Jars are available to purchase from selected SuperValu and artisan stores.
