Spar reunites with Donal Skehan for new series
Donal Skehan returns to RTÉ screens this week with Donal's Super Food in Minutes, a brand new cookery series set to be sponsored by Spar.

To celebrate the return of Donal Skehan to RTÉ screens with his brand-new cookery show ‘Donal’s Super Food in Minutes’, sponsor Spar is offering two lucky viewers the chance to win a trip to Los Angeles.
The thrilling prize will see the winners jetting off to LA for four nights, where they will spend a day with Donal checking out some of the City of Angels’ hottest foodie hotspots. On top of that, the winners will receive €1,000 spending money for this trip of a lifetime.
The competition will be run through Spar’s social media platforms, with lots of clues and hints shared in Spar stores around the country.
Kicking off at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 6 November, Donal is back with his new cookery series ‘Donal’s Super Food In Minutes’ on RTÉ One, sponsored by Spar. Over the coming weeks, Donal will help viewers get to grips with keeping things healthy in the kitchen without slaving over the oven all day. He’ll provide tips and kitchen hacks aplenty providing busy families with real food fast that packs a nutritional punch and delivers on big world flavours.
