A The Retail Grocery Dairy & Allied Trades Association (RGDATA) delegation led by President Colin Fee will meet with Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment Alan Dillon later today (Wednesday 30 April) to discuss all the key issues independent food/convenience retailers are currently facing.

The RGDATA delegation will include directors Rachel Twomey and Padraig Broderick and general director Tara Buckley.

Issues raised

In a statement, the group noted that will raise business and employment costs, red tape and regulations as well as retail crime.

RGDATA also added that it would like to discuss how the Government is going to deliver on all the commitments made in the Programme for Government 2025 – Securing Ireland’s Future.
