New group commercial director at Musgrave Retail Partners

Sharon Buckley, previously trading director with Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, has been appointed to the role of Group commercial director.
Ms. Buckley will be responsible for developing the Group’s commercial strategy and in particular developing long term relationships with suppliers to ensure the delivery of the best value, range, availability and quality of product and service to consumers through the Group’s retail partners in Ireland, the UK and Spain.
Commenting on the announcement, Chris Martin, Group CEO, said, “I am delighted to welcome Sharon to the board, and to the role of commercial director, where she will be directly responsible for ensuring the continuation of fair commercial agreements with our suppliers and by extension, the furtherance of Musgrave Group’s keen value offer across all retail brands.”
Sharon Buckley joined Musgrave in 1997 as a trading manager and has worked in various roles in the organisation including category manager and head of trading operations.
