Musgrave Group Plc appoints new non-executive board director
New non-executive board director Roisin Brennan possesses extensive plc board experience

Musgrave has appointed Roisin Brennan as non-executive director on the board of Musgrave Group plc.
Brennan holds a Law degree from UCD and is a chartered accountant with extensive plc board experience. She has been on the board of DCC plc since 2005 and is currently a member of DCC’s Audit Committee. She is also a director of UTV Media plc where she sits on the Audit Committee as well as being chairman of UTV Ireland. She has been a board member of State enterprise Coillte since 2014 and is a former board member of the Irish Takeover Panel and a former member of University College Dublin Finance Committee. Brennan also had a long standing career with IBI Corporate Finance Ltd and served as CEO from 2006 and chairman from 2008 to 2011.
Commenting on the announcement, Peter Lacy, Musgrave Group chairman said, “Through her previous roles, Roisin brings with her unique insight and a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors which will be a valuable asset to the Musgrave business.
