Real-time engagement platform wins silver award for its work with Musgrave Group

Intouch.com, the real-time engagement platform for large-scale retailers, was presented with the silver award at the POPAI UK & Ireland awards in the Royal Lancaster Hotel London. POPAI is a progressive industry association, promoting best practice, dedicated to enhancing the total shopper experience.

The award was honoured in conjunction with Musgrave, Ireland’s leading grocery retailer, for the work done by intouch.com to improve the conversions and contactability of data collected for SuperValu’s Real Rewards programme. The collection of this data has helped SuperValu to create personalised experiences for the group’s shoppers. The use of intouch.com’s Edge platform allowed for real time in-store use of the data to create these personalised shopper experiences.

Evelyn Moynihan, head of marketing customer loyalty at Musgrave, said that intouch.com “overachieved” on its objectives with the group. “The group succeeded on all three assigned KPIs,” Moynihan said, “by increasing contactability, increasing loyalty recruitment and delivering strong labour efficiency.

“Thanks to intouch.com there was a saving of 19 hours per store per month on manual data entry for our largest store,” Moynihan added. “The service intouch.com provides is now a key part of our Real Rewards strategy.”
