Iceland Ireland announces healthcare professional discount

Iceland Ireland is offering HSE and healthcare professionals a 20% discount when they shop at any of its stores this week, starting from today (20/07/20). Iceland Ireland said it hopes this special discount offer will give something back to frontline workers.

To avail of the offer, customers must show official HSE or relevant ID when shopping in store – this will also allow for the use of the existing Fast Track Through The Tills, which will help all healthcare professionals to complete their purchase with no delays.

Ron Metcalfe, managing director of Iceland Ireland said: “Here at Iceland Ireland, we are proud to put community at the heart of everything we do. As part of this, we felt it was important to acknowledge the incredible efforts by all HSE and healthcare professionals as they continue to dedicate themselves to keeping us safe. We want to say a huge thank you to them, and hope that our special 20% discount offer will make their lives a little bit easier during this time.”

The offer from Iceland Ireland is available from 20 – 26 July inclusive, in all 27 stores nationwide. The discount is not applicable to alcohol.
