Nutritional snacking brand Dr. Coy’s has added two new flavours to its innovative range. Dr. Coy’s Hazelnut Caramel and Dr. Coy’s Orange Crisp launch to the Irish and UK markets in time for Easter. These exciting new flavours topped consumer focus groups and requests, and are sure to be customer favourites as orange, hazelnut and caramel are all in the top five flavours of chocolate globally.
Dr. Coy’s, an Irish family business, launched in 2014 and has positioned itself as a champion for ‘Chocolate Reinvented for Sustained Energy’; a claim backed by medical research.
While working at the Cancer Research Institute in Heidelberg Germany, Dr. Coy discovered rare low glycemic sugars that could be used in food. This really is “chocolate reinvented”, with Dr. Coy’s nutritional chocolate now patented on a worldwide basis. Coming in eight flavours, this chocolate offers fantastic health benefits: no sugar spike and crash meaning steady energy, it is high in fibre and vitamin E. It is also gluten and lactose-free. Most importantly, Dr Coy’s chocolate tastes great! The brand has previously won in the Irish Quality Food Awards as well as the Irish Free From Awards.
Dr Coy’s nutritional chocolate bars are available through health stores, SuperValu, Centra, Dunnes Stores, Tesco and on all Ryanair flights!
