Dettol, Ireland’s leading disinfectant brand*, has pledged its support to help staff and customers in pubs across the country as hospitality reopens, and the holiday season starts. 65,000 units of Dettol antibacterial hand sanitiser samples will be given away over the coming weeks. Dettol hand sanitiser is proven to kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses**, including Coronavirus***.

The Dettol hand sanitiser products will be distributed to pubs around the country with the aim of keeping hands clean for staff and customers as they welcome guests back into pubs across Ireland. Reckitt is delighted to support local pubs by helping to provide additional reassurance for staff and their guests this summer.

Echoing the sampling activity with the pub trade, Dettol is calling on the Irish public to continue their efforts throughout the summer and sanitize their hands to help against the spread of bacteria and viruses including Covid-19 virus. #WeAreAllProtectors.
