BWG Foods celebrates triple awards win

BWG Foods has announced a major achievement as the company secured three prestigious awards across two different award ceremonies, at two separate venues, all on the same night.
At the HR Leadership & Management Awards, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry, BWG Foods was honoured with the prestigious Award for HR Business Growth Strategy, in recognition of its innovative Hire-to-Retire programme.
Across town at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dún Laoghaire, the BWG Foods’ NDC (National Distribution Centre) team were also recognised at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Ireland Awards with Ken Leahy, BWG’s Distribution, Fleet and Compliance Manager, winning the CILT Operations Leader Award, a distinguished accolade that highlights his exceptional leadership and the strength of BWG’s Logistics and Transport division.
‘Special acknowledgement’
In addition, the group highlighted that Peter Donohoe, chief people officer, BWG won the CILT Staff Development Leader Award.
A special acknowledgement goes to Peter Donohoe, who managed to represent the company at both events, showcasing extraordinary commitment and adaptability.
