The Brady Family range of premium, hand crafted, traditional Irish hams are renowned for their succulent flavour and are ‘must-stock’ lines for discerning delis. Only the finest fresh Irish pork is used, sourced from An Bord Bia approved suppliers with full traceability to farm.
The non-processed range includes cooked ham, crumbed ham, baked ham, oak smoked ham and glazed ham, all on or off the bone, as well as a pre-packed ham range. The brand works with specially selected farmers, such as Stauntons in Timoleague. Recently, Brady Family launched an artisan range of hand made product created by James McGeough, master butcher, including Air Dried Ham (Great Taste Gold Award winner 2008), Pork and Lamb.
