Bord Bia has launched its new season lamb campaign, promoting tasty leg of lamb recipes for weekends and special holiday occasions. The food agency enlisted the services of award-winning chef Neven Maguire to remind Irish consumers that “great food starts with great ingredients,” and that new season lamb is both delicious and easy to cook.

The lamb campaign includes broadcast, in-store and outdoor advertising, and an information campaign aimed at chefs and the foodservice sector.

Bord Bia has also produced a new recipe leaflet series to coincide with the new season lamb promotion, with recipes such as: butterflied leg of lamb with summer salad; lamb stew hot pot; Moroccan-style braised lamb shanks; lamb cutlets with garlic, lemon and paprika; slow-cooked spiced shoulder of lamb wraps; and spiced meatballs with chilli tomato sauce.
