The Pregnancy and Baby Fair, Ireland’s biggest exhibition on pregnancy and baby related products and services, has announced a new sponsorship deal with Boots Ireland. The exhibition is celebrating its tenth year this year, and will return to the RDS on April 6 and 7 with a new official name – The Pregnancy and Baby Fair with Boots.

The event is aimed at parents and expectant parents, and brings together exhibitors and products from all over the world  as well as some of Ireland’s top pregnancy and baby professionals, who will be on hand to offer the best and most up-to-date advice to visitors.

The Pregnancy and Baby Fair was founded 2009 by Claire Finnan and Jennifer Shaw, who came to the public’s attention when they made a very successful appearance on the TV series Dragons’ Den. The event was an instant success and has grown annually since then.

“Each year,” says Jennifer Shaw, “we aim to deliver a fantastic visitor experience by sourcing the latest products, the most relevant speakers and top industry brands. We bring everything parents need for them and their baby, under one roof at exceptional prices.

“We are delighted to now be celebrating our 10-year anniversary with Boots as our new lead sponsor,” she added.

Gillian Hennessy, Head of Marketing at Boots Ireland said that the partnership with the Pregnancy and Baby Fair  came about because many of the chain’s customers are parents or expectant parents. “They come to our stores for advice and information,” Hennessy said. “That’s why it made total sense to us to partner with the Pregnancy and Baby Fair: to share that same advice and information with new mums and dads in attendance.

“We are also delighted to be joining the event as it celebrates ten extremely successful years in business,” Hennessy added.

Other sponsors at this year’s exhibition include SuperValu, Peg Pérego, Baby Elegance and Tommee Tippee.

Tickets to the 2019 Pregnancy and Baby Fair with Boots will be available at the door, or via www.pregnancyandbabyfair.ie.
