ICT Services has announced the acquisition of PCS Group.
The acquisition, alongside several recent business wins across key sectors, positions ICT Services to deliver a forecasted 25% year-on-year revenue increase in its full year 2025.
The Irish-owned provider of managed IT services and nationwide field support highlighted that the move will see the company grow its headcount by 20% over the next 12 months, bringing projected turnover to over €30 million.
Simple mission
According to the company, the strategic move marks a significant milestone in ICT’s expansion strategy, enhancing its capability in the fast-moving retail, grocery, and hospitality sectors.
The acquisition combines PCS’s in-store technology expertise with ICT’s nationwide engineering network, operational scale, and 24/7 support infrastructure, it added.
Commenting on the acquisition, Don Scanlon, managing director, ICT Services, commented: “ICT’s mission is simple—deliver exceptional IT services that help our clients grow.
“This acquisition is not just about scale; it’s about bringing even greater value to the communities and industries we serve. Our vision has always been to empower businesses—locally and globally—with trusted technology solutions grounded in excellence, integrity, and social responsibility.

“We’re excited about what this means for our people, our clients, and the future of in-store retail technology in Ireland.”
