Dairy industry leaders from around the world will link up in Lisbon this June for the 13th Global Dairy Congress. The major event takes place on 25 – 27 June at the Myriad Hotel in the capital city.

The event will feature talks from major individuals in the industry including Chinese giant Yili, telling the story of its new Ambrosial band, Indian producer Amul on its global megabrand – a rare thing in that part of the world.

The Global Dairy Congress is designed for industry executives, suppliers, customers and advisers, with a focus on market trends and thinking on a worldwide scale from leading international and regional brands, allowing extensive time for informal networking and discussion.

This year’s theme of ‘Dairy Vitality’ binds together every aspect of the industry’s future, with conference sessions ranging from global market and industry change through brand success stories and innovation to the challenges of marketing and sustainability.

Organised by global food and drink experts Zenith Global, the 2019 Congress is sponsored by top industry suppliers Bericap, Sidel and Tetra Pak as gold sponsors, with Cama Group as silver sponsor and Feihe as bronze sponsor.

The deadline for World Dairy Innovation Awards entries is 10 May and details are online at www.foodbev.com/worlddairyinnovationawards. The full Congress programme is available at www.zenithglobal.com/events and early booking rates are available until 17 May.
