Following her victory at Tesco’s annual employee talent competition, Tesco’s Got Talent, in 2015 Aoife Parle used her recording studio prize to create this Christmas single for Tesco Ireland’s charity partner, Temple Street.

Parle’s role as Tesco area community champion gives her a unique insight into the real difference charitable organisations make across the country. Through her job, she connects with local communities across the South East and hundreds of local good causes through the Tesco Community Fund, FoodCloud and fundraising for Temple Street.

“Temple Street has some of the best doctors and nurses in the world but it needs on-going fundraising support to ensure it continues to offer specialist facilities and lifesaving equipment,” Parle said.

Tesco Ireland has been working with Temple Street as its charity partner since October 2014 and to date has fundraised over €2.1m for the hospital, helping it to buy life-saving equipment.
