Dress for Success Dublin Disco Brunch

Food and music will be provided by some of Dublin’s best talent, including renowned chef Andrew Rudd and special guest DJ Nialler9. Sonya Lennon – designer, tech entrepreneur and founder of Dress for Success Dublin – will host the event, which is taking place as part of the Dress for Success Dublin Equal Pay Day campaign.

Action will speak louder than words at the next Food On The Edge

Food On The Edge 2017 will focus on food stories from around the world as well as action and reaction prompted by the themes of the symposia to date.

A new “Open FOTE” initiative, which is due to be officially launched early next year, is a new element planned for 2017. Open FOTE will be an open call to chefs and food industry professionals who would like to partake in the speakers line-up for 2017, and who feel they have something original or important to say based on the themes of the event. Details of how to submit a proposal for Open FOTE are to be announced early next year

Food On The Edge 2017 will take place on 9 and 10 October.

14th Cork Wine + Craft Beer Fair

Cork Wine Merchants O’Donovans has announced details of the forthcoming 14th Cork Wine & Craft Beer Fair, which takes place on Friday 25 November 2016 in the Pegasus Suite of The Clarion Hotel, Lapp’s Quay, Cork City. Wines from a worldwide network of suppliers will be showcased in an event spearheaded by a comprehensive wine selection backed up by premium spirits, gourmet foods, and craft beers & ciders, both Irish and international from O’Donovans’ extensive craft beer & cider range.
