Unilever has appointed Tim Munden, a Unilever veteran of 18 years, as vice president HR of the UK and Ireland business. Munden joined Unilever as a graduate on the Unilever Future Leaders Programme in 1994. Since then, he has carved out a broad career around the globe, heading up the HR function for various divisions and departments. Munden joins Amanda Sourry, chairman – UK and Ireland, James Bruce, VP, finance and Jill Ross, managing director Unilever Ireland and VP, customer development, as the fourth member of the board who started their Unilever career as a graduate.
