Trader Joe’s or Wholefoods Market – two unique and pretty excellent retail concepts from our friends across the Atlantic.

10. Facebook or twitter?

Facebook for me, great for keeping in touch with friends from around the world. We have over 70,000 chocolate fans on our Lily O’Brien’s page and they do like to, at the very least, see pictures of what’s new even if they can’t taste them!

“McGargles – Irish Family Brewers”, simple but fun.

Munster beating Leinster (it divides my home).

Raising two great kids – my son Aaron and my daughter Alanna (both studying hard in college – I hope).

19. What’s the best thing about living in Ireland?

Apart from the obvious in terms of welcoming and friendly people and a safe place to bring up children, we have also been very much at the forefront for ongoing improvements – smoking ban, bags for life to reduce plastic bags, etc.

20. What’s the last compliment you received?

“You are very like your dad”, can’t get better than that.
