Ireland’s culinary festival, Taste of Dublin, in association with JYSK, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and takes place from 12 to 15 June in Merrion Square.

The festival is set to welcome over 30,000 visitors and will host over 18 restaurants serving more than 70 signature dishes, together with lots of bubbles, bespoke cocktails and mocktails as well as a variety of food and lifestyle experiences all enjoyed to the sounds of the best in summer entertainment.

Top experiences to enjoy at Taste of Dublin 2025:

To kick off the festival and spark some summer interiors inspiration, visitors can join JYSK’s ‘Around the Table’ masterclasses to pick up some top tips to create a truly spectacular summer dining experience from interior and lifestyle gurus Grace Cahill, Mark Rogers, Paul Kinsella and Sarah Battle.

To serve in the summer-inspired setting, Trisha Lewis brings a fresh take on al-fresco dining with her masterclass on the best family-style salads.

The new SuperValu’s Real Food Kitchen is set to be a festival must-visit for foodie connoisseurs with interactive demonstrations from leading Irish culinary talent, including The Happy Pear, Sarah Butler, Daniel Davey, and Gareth Mullins, to name but a few.

In another first for the festival, Glendalough Distillery will host immersive ‘Foraging Masterclasses’ led by the brand’s head forager and Ireland’s only full-time distillery forager, Geraldine Kavanagh. Geraldine will share her expertise while encouraging visitors to create their very own wild botanical tincture; perfect to elevate any drinks party.

For those looking for an unforgettable mocktail, 7UP has created a special drinks menu served with some delicious spicy dishes from Bites By Kwanghi, famed for its modern Asian street food.

A firm festival favourite Tony’s Chocolonely chocolate masterclass will return where master chocolatier Sarah Berney will create an incredible chocolate concoction and host a special Littl’ Bits slice masterclass for chocolate lovers.

Time then for some music and entertainment at the Bulmers Live Music Stage with Spring Break, The Runaways and many more, or perhaps wander over to the nation’s favourite bingo party, Bingo Loco which takes place on Sunday.

Following all that food and culinary inspiration, visitors can pick up a limited-edition copy of Taste of Dublin: The Recipes, a unique cookbook celebrating the best of ‘Taste’ dishes over the last 20 years, which will be available to purchase onsite, and Uber Eats Supermarket Sweep is the perfect stop to stock up on ingredients!

Commenting on behalf of Taste of Dublin, CEO, Equinox Events, Jo Mathews, said, “This year is a special year for the festival as we celebrate our 20th anniversary and with only one week to go, the team are excited for visitors to experience our specially curated programme.

“Merrion Square will become home to an incredible mix of restaurants, artisan producers, renowned chefs, experiences, entertainment and so much more.

“With limited tickets available I would encourage all foodies or indeed anyone seeking a truly memorable summer festival experience to book their tickets and join us for what is set to be our best year yet!”
