SuperValu brings ‘The Difference is Real’ to Taste of Dublin as official Real Food Kitchen partner

Celebrating real food, real expertise and real people with Ireland’s top culinary talent

SuperValu has recently announced its partnership with Taste of Dublin 2025 as the official Real Food Kitchen partner, bringing to life its brand campaign.
The Difference is Real with a ‘delicious’ line-up of live demos, food experiences, and culinary talent.
Running from 12 – 15 June in Dublin’s Merrion Square, the SuperValu Real Food Kitchen will be hosted by celebrity chef and media personality Erica Drum amongst others, featuring a flavour-filled schedule led by some of Ireland’s best-loved chefs and food voices who share the SuperValu ethos of fresh quality food delivered by real experts.
Food ambassadors
Audiences can look forward to exciting and inspiring dishes and demonstrations from SuperValu food ambassadors, Gareth Mullins and Sarah Butler, will deliver crowd-favourite summer BBQ and family meal ideas.
They will be joined on stage by Lilly Higgins, known for her wholesome seasonal recipes, Daniel Davey, who will be sharing some great performance and nutritional eating tips, and the ever-energetic The Happy Pear duo with their signature plant-based flair.
SuperValu’s wine expert Kevin O’Callaghan, along with wine specialist Sinéad Smyth, will also feature across the weekend, offering expertly curated wine pairings to complement some of the really tasty, quality food dishes on stage.
“Taste of Dublin is the perfect platform to showcase what The Difference is Real means: quality food, fresh ingredients, local produce, all delivered by real experts,” said John Kelly, SuperValu marketing manager.
“We’re proud to be working with such a passionate line-up of food leaders and ambassadors who bring our values to life and champion the best of Irish produce.”
The SuperValu Real Food Kitchen will offer festivalgoers the opportunity to engage with real chefs and real food stories, echoing the retailer’s long-standing support of local producers, independent retailers, and in-store experts across the country.

This Taste of Dublin activation builds on the success of SuperValu’s national campaign.
