Logistics, freight and warehousing provider PRL has announced it will become sponsor of Dublin’s Peamount United football club in the coming season. The three-year deal includes naming rights for Peamount’s home ground in Greenogue, Co. Dublin, which will be known as PRL Park for the duration of the deal.

PRL has been anchor tenant in the Greenogue area of Dublin for more than 17 years, making this partnership with Peamount a natural and logical one. The team has been based in the area since 1983.

Michael Finlay, managing director of PRL In-Market Solutions and Integrated Services said the company is incredibly proud to cement its commitment to the Greenogue area. “Peamount United is an incredibly progressive club,” he said, “which embodies many of the same values as PRL such as partnership, leadership and empowering people. We look forward to supporting Peamount and its fantastic underage, senior men’s and senior women’s teams, and wish them well for the forthcoming season.”

Katie Thompson, Peamount United chairperson, added that the team is absolutely delighted to have PRL on board as title sponsor. “Having a local company which shares so many of our own values join forces with us is a fantastic development and opportunity for the club,” Thompson said, “and we look forward to growing this partnership into the future.”

PRL is Ireland’s leading provider of multi-temperature logistics, freight and warehousing services to the FMCG, drinks, foodservice, pharmaceutical, healthcare and cosmetic sectors. The firm also offers a range of additional service provisions such as in-market solutions, including field sales, brand activation and installations; integrated services and more.
