The 96-page guide, launched recently, features over 250 of the best hotel, restaurant and public house eating establishments located throughout the island of Ireland.

Recognising that cost and value-for-money has become a critical element in the food and drink industry, the guide commends Ireland’s restaurants and licenced premises for their innovative and creative approaches to combining quality food and drink with flexible pricing and value menus.

The announcement comes as Diep le Shaker launches its new late bar and announces the arrival of its new food and cocktail menus. It’s also introducing some of the freshest atmospheric sounds around, including jazz, funk and soul, according to Diep owner Alex Farrell.

“This national award is a testament to our hard work and ability to stay ahead of competition,” she claimed, “We were Dublin’s first cocktail bar and by constantly adapting and refreshing our food and drink menus, revitalising our chic and sophisticated premises and introducing a new and innovative range of value-added services that shape and exceed customer demands, we’ve created one of the city’s leading late-night venues and remain to the fore of the entertainment scene here in the Capital.”
