Crossgar Foodservice at IFEX 2010
Crossgar Foodservice will showcase its new 'Provenance Collection' at the IFEX 2010 exhibition.

Crossgar Foodservice has announced that it will be showcasing its new ‘Provenance Collection’ at IFEX 2010. IFEX is Ireland’s largest International food, drink, hospitality and retail exhibition, and will be running from 23–25 March 2010, at the King’s Hall, Belfast.
Crossgar Foodservice is the first exhibitor to sign up for the prominent event and it will lead the way in showcasing outstanding produce available within Ireland. Its Provenance Collection includes locally sourced Dexter Beef, Crossgar Free Range Chicken and Lissara Farm Free Range Duck.
Commenting on the company’s decision to exhibit at IFEX, is Michael Morrissey, director of Foodservice: “IFEX is the ideal platform for us to meet with current and potential customers. By exhibiting our Provenance Collection and organising culinary tastings, we are confident that the flavour and quality of the produce will lead to new business for Crossgar, our customers and our local suppliers.”
