BWG Foodservice shortlisted for prestigious food awards
The Irish Quality Food & Drink Awards are set to take place this 24 October in Dublin, following a rigorous judging process. BWG Foodservice is nominated for an impressive three awards on the night.

BWG Foodservice, BWG Foods’ foodservice and supply arm, has been shortlisted for a number of awards in the prestigious Irish Quality Food Awards (IQFA) which take place this Thursday, 24 October at Dublin’s Clayton Hotel.
The Q logo represents the best in quality food and drink; similarly, the IQFAs recognise and celebrate the best in retail, wholesale and foodservice food and drink products available on the island of Ireland. The robust and transparent judging process is independently driven, ensuring confidence that products are judged by experts in the field.
With the company nominated for three products across three different categories, BWG Foodservice’s Ricky O’Brien, said the company is honoured to be included in the shortlist of award nominees. “We are proud to work with the most reputable of suppliers,” he said, “who are very passionate about producing high quality produce, as evidenced by this very strong representation in the final shortlist of award nominees.”
These awards, now in their fifth year, are open to food producers, wholesalers, contract caterers and foodservice operators who serve the Irish foodservice industry; as well as all National, Regional and Independent cafés.
