BAT issues urgent warning of individuals purporting to represent VELO

BAT have recently been made aware of an individual(s) visiting stores in the Munster Area advising retail staff that they are a Representative for VELO and requesting access to their stockroom to uplift stocks.

On two occasions that we are aware of, the individual visited the stores involved at 6.30am, CSNA noted.

1. Please note BAT/PRL staff would not be in stores at 6.30am
2. BAT/PRL Staff wear branded jackets
3. BAT/PRL Staff will have Vuse/VELO POSM materials and BAT issued tablets

Verification 

If any store has any suspicions regarding individuals purporting to represent VELO immediately contact BAT offices on 01 2052345 and they will verify names of all BAT Representatives.
