Manor Farm has collaborated with Irish chefs and food influencers to create a digital chicken recipe book to raise funds for Feed the Heroes.

The Irish chicken processor collaborated with its brand ambassador, Adrian Martin, on gathering a collective of food enthusiasts to create a recipe book filled with 22 delicious chicken recipes. Contributors include Darina Allen, Simon Delaney, Rachel Allen and Jess Redden.

The recipe book is available as an e-book for a donation on the dedicated Feed the Heroes Cookbook fundraising page. According to a statement from the company, Manor Farm aims to raise €20,000 for the organisation by 20 May.

Feed the Heroes aim to provide food for those working on the frontline during the Covid-19 pandemic. All donations will go towards the invaluable work the charity is doing to support medical workers during Covid-19.

Brendan Nolan, marketing manager for Manor Farm said: “Following HSE and HSPC guidelines, our staff and colleagues have continued to go to work every day in difficult circumstances and can therefore recognise the sacrifices that frontline workers are making on all our behalf. This book is a thank you to them from Manor Farm.”
