Commercial marketing manager (Dairy Division)

Fallon & Byrne.

How long is your typical working day?
My office hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm but I travel quite a lot so it usually depends on where I am starting out from and where I am going!

How do you describe yourself?
Fun, positive, happy, hardworking, energetic, helpful, confident and curious.

What’s your favourite Irish product?
Donegal Creameries, delicious new range of organic yogurts of course!

What’s your favourite brand, outside of the brands you represent, and why?
Apple – The ibook, iphone, ipod… They are so useful and so user friendly.

Three day weekends!

Van Gogh.

The surprise engagement ring from my husband!

What possession could you not live without?
My iphone.

Child-minding when I was at school followed by bar work while I was a student. Professionally my first job was as an art director at DDFH&B advertising.

To only work in a job doing something I love.

Cash for gold!

The Weetabix ad with the horse and jockey!

An Apple I-ron that will revolutionise ironing.

A lead to download images from our digital camera.

Bad manners.

Listening to my kids’ conversations as they grow up and hearing people laughing in general.
