Situated in the heart of Dublin’s city centre in Crown Alley, Dublin 2, VCC spreads over three floors. The stylish new venue hopes to play host to Dublin’s nightlife elite and claims it will “serve up the largest selection of signature cocktails Dublin has ever seen along with a delicious selection of small plates, inspired by the 1920s”.

Leading mixologist Gareth Lambe devised the cocktail menu. Mixed with the finest spirits, fresh fruits and juices, the menu includes a selection of forgotten cocktails such as The Millionaire (a mixture of Gosling dark rum, sole gin infused with hints of apricot and lime) along with a selection of VCC’s signature serves such as The Chaser (a combination of marmalade vodka with hints of cranberry, plum and chocolate along with light citrus and sweet notes).

VCC even serves its own frozen ice, hand-carved to control the dilution of cocktails.

“VCC is very much a new concept in Dublin” stated Head Mixologist and General Manager Gareth who’s been working hard with his team on the cocktail concept over the last few months, “VCC offers a food and drink offering never before seen in Dublin and we’re hopeful that everyone will like it just as much as we do.”

Prior to joining VCC, Gareth managed some of Dublin’s top cocktail bars including Harry’s on the Green and Venu Brasserie & Cocktail Bar. He led two of his bars to seven national ‘Best Cocktail Bar Awards’ and has represented Ireland in the The Cocktail World Cup in New Zealand as part of the European team.
