Think Rioja: Tasting event set for Dublin
A seminar in Dublin this month is set to be hosted by Rioja Wines, to showcase Spain's flagship variety

Wines from Rioja is coming to Dublin this month for open pour tasting on Tuesday 17th October between 10.30am – 2.00pm at the Drury Buildings on Drury Street in the city centre.
The tasting will showcase over 50 wines from Spain’s flagship wine region, available in Ireland with good retail distribution.
This event represents a strong opportunity to have an in-depth taste of Rioja as the event showcases classic producers such as López de Heredia, Bodegas Faustino and Marqués de Murrieta.
The selection will also include wines from newer winemakers who are employing modern techniques such as organic and biodynamic viticulture, as well as the use of restrained oak.
The tasting will give an overview of why Rioja continues to be an important wine region for the Irish market.
